I hereby certify that I am at least 18 years of age and am of sound mind at the time of the execution of this waiver.

I am voluntarily entering The Whiskers Lounge and taking part in activities in the presence of cats or interacting with cats. In consideration for the right to participate in the activity, I hereby, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims of negligence on the part of The Whiskers Lounge Co, The Catfe Co, or Marmol Holdings LLC, arising out of my participation in the Activity, and do hereby release and forever discharge The Whiskers Lounge, LLC, located at 426 Bethesda School Rd Lawrenceville GA 30044, for any physical or psychological injury that may result for my participation in activities at The Whiskers Lounge.

I am voluntarily participating in activities with possible interactions with cats and I am participating at my own risk. I assume all risks associated with such activities for myself and minors for which I am responsible for. I understand that there may or may not be The Whiskers Lounge staff monitoring or assisting in my interactions. Staff will be available to generally assist with interactions. I acknowledge that I will follow all rules and directions by staff, failure to do so will result in further participation and possible prohibition from The Whiskers Lounge. I understand the risks associated with participating in activities at The Whiskers Lounge including but not limited to physical or psychological harm, disfigurement, illness, suffering, and death. I understand that I may interact with cats of various sizes and temperaments. I understand that cats can be unpredictable and may scratch, or bite me or the minors I am responsible for. I understand the risks associated with allergic reactions to the cats as well as exposure to transferable infections. Exposure and transferable infections including but not limited to blood, vomit, urine, feces, and cat hair. I understand these risks and injuries may come from others negligence, my own negligence, or no one’s negligence. Nonetheless, I assume all risks, known or unknown to me and the minors I and assume full and sole responsibility for the risk of personal injury and/or property loss or death arising from or in any way connected with my participation in the activities provided by The Whiskers Lounge.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Catfe Co, The Whiskers Lounge Co, and Marmol Holdings LLC against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, compensation, damages, or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs. If litigation arises as a result of any claims made by me or anyone acting on my behalf then all expenses incurred by The Whiskers Lounge Co, The Catfe Co or Marmol Holdings LLC will be reimburse by me.

I authorize Releasees to administer first aid for injuries I may incur while participating in an activities at The Whiskers Lounge. I also authorize Releasees to arrange for my ambulance transportation to a hospital at my or a parent’s/guardian’s expense in the event of your incapacitation as a result of injury, at my own expense. This release does not guarantee to administer first aid. In the case of a medical emergency I agree to be financially responsible for any and all costs incurred.

If any provision within this release of liability is deemed as invalid or unenforceable then the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force.

I hereby release and forever discharge The Whiskers Lounge Co, The Catfe Co, Marmol Holdings LLC, their respective agents, employees, owners, independent contractors, and their respective sureties, insurers, successors, assigns, and legal representatives, from any liability, cause of action, claim, demand and damages for injury, death or damages of any kind or nature whatsoever to myself, my property, and the minors I am responsible for.

I once more certify that I am at least 18 years of age and am of sound mind at the time of the execution of this waiver. I certify that I have read this agreement and that I fully understand its content. I cannot modify this agreement orally.

PARENT / GUARDIAN WAIVER FOR MINORS

In the event that the participant is under the age of consent (18 years of age), then this release must be acknowledged by a parent or guardian, as follows:

I hereby certify that I am the parent or guardian of the any accompanying Minors and do hereby give my consent without reservation to the foregoing on behalf of this individual. No one under the age of 8 shall be permitted into The Whiskers Lounge.
